bliss housedesign is a small building design practice that is dedicated to create affordable, individual and sustainable buildings in harmony with the environment.

We pride ourselves in using a straight-forward, easy to-follow design approach that caters for small house extensions, complex alterations and new one-off building designs alike.

Based on the Gold Coast, the studio was founded by Kerstin Wallauer, who is a Building Designer licensed and registered with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) in Australia. Kerstin was trained in Germany and is also a member of Bayerische Architektenkammer *.

Our designs are underpinned by over 20 years international experience in the residential and commercial building industry, with projects undertaken in Australia, Europe, Bali and the Middle East.
